More Change

Wile-E-Coyote in a tunnel on train tracks holding a sign saying

Things have been moving fast here these past few days, and now, even more change: I’ve realized that if I want to have a collaborative space (and whether it can happen or not I don’t know, but I do want that) then I need to have a space that is not trapped in my head. That surely sounds obscure to everyone other than me, but I understand what it means.

Concretely, I need a domain name and a blog concept that aren’t just about me novel gazing. Speaks at Home is about me: it’s right there in the name. If I want to blog with people, then the space has to reflect and be fun for all of us. I’m on this already. Headway is being made.

For now, this domain, which I think of as being very personal, is going to stay up because I want to use them to figure out how the block editor works and to experiment. And who knows, maybe I’ll have a use for it eventually.
